The material is of superior quality. They are lined. The lining is a substantial cotton. The curtains lay beautifully and the color blue is a pretty blue. It is not too light or too dark. It is more of a light to medium blue. They allow just the right amount of light to come into the room. The price is reasonable compared to other companies that charged more and did not have them available.
However, it is a bit challenging to get the wrinkles out. I used a hand held steamer.
