We use UPS and the United States Post Office (USPS) to ship. If one of these services does not deliver to your home, please let us know. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and Canada will all ship USPS.

Ship Time Our products usually ship the same business day your order is verified and will be delivered in 3 and 7 days depending on your proximity to our New York store. If you order more than one item, your entire order will usually be shipped together. It is our intention that all products will be in stock at the time of your order. If for some reason we can not fulfill your order request in the above specified manner, we will immediately be in touch will you by email to discuss the matter.
Drop Ship Items We have many items that are "drop shipped" or shipped from a remote warehouse. These products have a "ships from warehouse location" on their page. Those shipping times vary but for the most part will take 1-2 weeks. Of course, if you order multiple items that are drop shipped, they may be shipped from different locations.
Order Tracking and Status After your order ships you will be given a tracking number. With that number, you can check the status of your shipment.
Rush Shipments For an additional fee we can provide 2-day Rush Delivery once your order is ready to ship. If you are concerned that your order will not arrive in time for your needs, please contact us ( sales@CurtainShop.com or (914) 636-8794 ) so can work with you directly.
Return and Exchange Policy
We would like you to be happy with every purchase that you make. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for whatever reason you may simply return the product to us within 15 days of the receipt date of your shipment for a full refund of the product price of your purchase. Postage and handling is not refundable.
Please contact us to receive RGA# (Return Goods Authorization Number). Our email is: firstname.lastname@example.org please include your order number and reason for return. Returns will not qualify for a credit without the RGA #. We will NOT accept returns if merchandise is used, washed or not in the original package.
When returning an item, all products must be in their original packaging with any original picture inserts and the packaging should not be ripped or torn. Please include a copy of your invoice when returning the product as well as the Return Form so that we may better serve you. Upon inspection of your return, our credit process will begin. Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt and a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. Return your package via Insured Parcel Post (US Mail) or an equivalent method of your choosing. Please keep your receipt until you have received your refund. If you request a refund, we will refund using your original payment method. Postage and handling is not refundable.

For fastest delivery of a replacement item, place an exchange order as a new order. While we will charge your credit card for the second item, we'll promptly refund the amount of the original item, upon receipt of your return. Please note that regular shipping charges apply to exchange orders.
