Contact Address: This is your permanent mailing address. We need this information in case we cannot get in touch with you by phone or email and need to ask you important information regarding your order.

Shipping Address: This is where you want your order shipped. Ideally, this is an address where someone will be available to receive your package. If you want us to ship to your office, be sure to give us the name of the company and suite or floor number to make sure that the delivery company can find you.

Billing Address: This is the address where your credit card bill is sent. In order to make sure that an unauthorized person is not using your credit card, we subscribe to Address Verification through our credit card processor. They will verify that the Billing Address you give us matches the address where your credit card bill is sent. If we don't get a match, we will contact you for further information. We have provided a convenient box to check if these addresses are the same as your Contact Address.

For an additional fee we can provide 2-day Rush Delivery once your order is ready to ship. (Priority Rush is available for all items, contact us for details.) If you are concerned that your order will not arrive in time for your needs, please contact us so can work with you personally.

Returns/Refunds
Curtain Shop wants you to be happy with every purchase that you make from this site. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for whatever reason you may simply return the product to us within 15 days of the receipt date of your shipment for a full refund of the product price. Please contact us to receive an RMA# (Return Authorization Number). Returns will not qualify for a credit without the RMA #. When returning an item, all products must be in their original packaging in order to be eligible for a full merchandise refund. Please include a copy of your invoice when returning the product as well as the reason for your return so that we may better serve you.

Returns will be processed within 10 business days of receipt and a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.

The Curtain Shop does not reimburse for shipping and handling.

State tax are only applicable to New York State residents.
